In recent years, Colegio Cuernavaca has achieved outstanding results in diverse fields. In the Children’s Knowledge Olympiad for our elementary section, our students stand out as state finalists. Over our 40-year trajectory, we have had the honor that some of our students visit Mexican presidents like Vicente Fox, Felipe Calderón, and Enrique Peña Nieto due to their high academic performance.
In mathematics, Colegio Cuernavaca is a breeding ground for talent. Our students compete at state, national, and international levels, being part of the Mexican team in global tournaments. Successes in competitions like the CARL FRIEDRICH GAUSS national STEM Tec De Monterrey, the Mexican Mathematics Olympiad (OMM), have earned us gold, silver, and bronze medals, with the most recent being 2024 – silver – by Araceli Díaz and gold in STEM Tec 2024, as well as 2 silvers by Héctor García and Sebastián Cortinas and 5 bronzes in OMM by Regina Corbalá, Vera Brito, Nadia López, Iker Ayala, and Pedro Bolívar.
In Model UN events, the school participates in a wide variety of state events such as UNCTEC, ULSACMUN, TECMIMUN, and national events like DUMUN, POLITEIMUN, and IBEROMUN, where our secondary school students compete with high school and university students, obtaining the most important accolades such as Best Delegate and Honorable Mention. Until the end of the 2023-2024 school year, the institution has won a total of 41 state awards and 7 national awards.
In the field of scientific research, our students have designed investigations with interventions by protecting the environment of our state, obtaining first places in the "National Science Expo" event organized by Milset and UPAEP. Additionally, our institution has participated in the most outstanding projects at the Children's Summit for the Environment (CIMMA).
